About the class:
- Fun, hands-on instructions on how to felt your own cat, one step at a time
- A selection of all the beautiful colours in the cat rainbow in a beautiful needle-felting wool
- Your choice of tiny glass eyes in your preferred cat-eye colour
- All the tools and supplies you need
- You get to keep your tools plus some extra wool to take home in one of my beautiful, reusable 'book boxes.'
- And a tiny food bowl to feed your new felted pet (because accessorizing is fun 😁)

We will be creating stylized, cartoon-like kittens with adorably large heads and eyes. Bring a picture of your favourite cat, if you'd like, and I will help you to create it as a felted character. No felting experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and have fun!

About the fundraiser:
Crooked Leg Ranch helps seniors and low-income families keep their pets healthy and at home. As the cost of everything rises, the number of cats and dogs with no homes increases as well. This sometimes happens because their humans can no longer afford to feed or care for them, and sometimes it's because unwanted litters of puppies or kittens are born because owners can't afford the cost of spaying or neutering. Crooked Leg Ranch has been a registered non-profit since 2009, and it helps cover food and veterinary costs so that those who may be struggling to make ends meet won't have to say goodbye to their beloved animal companions. They also help cover spaying and neutering costs, so fewer unwanted litters are born.
